What does Plus Lifetime unlock?
- Unlimited editing Edit any number of local XLS, XLSX, and CSV spreadsheets and save locally as XLSX.
- Cloud files Keep up to five workbooks in your account with 10 MB of total Cloud storage.
- Version History Keep up to five versions per Cloud file and restore or download previous copies.
- Monthly AI allowance Plus keeps your available AI balance at a minimum of 10 at the start of each UTC month. Extra packages are optional.
Privacy by default
Open Excel processes files locally in your browser by default. Cloud features upload files only when you choose Cloud actions, and AI features send the selected spreadsheet context needed for your request.

Is Plus a subscription?
No. Plus Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing.
Do purchased AI actions expire?
No. Purchased actions remain in your account until you use them, and Plus is not required to buy a package.
Are my files uploaded?
Local Excel files stay in your browser unless you explicitly use Cloud, AI, or Google Sheets export features.
Who processes payments?
Payments, taxes, invoices, and receipts are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
